Badam Halwa is a rich and delicious Indian sweet made with pureed almonds, ghee,
sugar and saffron. A delicacy rooted in Indian tradition, Badam Halwa is indispensable
for celebrations of any kind.

Ingredients
- Almonds - 500gm
- Sugar - 500gm
- Aashirvaad Svasti Pure Cow Ghee - 500gm
- Milk - 300ml
- Saffron - 0.5gm
Preparation
- Boil the almonds for a few minutes. Then peel the skin.
- Now Grind almonds along with milk to form a fine paste
- In a kadai add the almond paste, sugar & cook for 30 minutes.
- Add Aashirvaad Svasti Ghee and cook for another 5 minutes till the ghee is completely
absorbed and the halwa starts to leave the sides of the pan.
- You can also slice the halwa into small cubes.
- Garnish with saffron and serve this delicious Indian sweet to your friends and family!
