One of the most famous savoury snacks in Tamil Nadu - ribbon murukku makes a perfect
tea time snack. Try this Indian snack recipe at home and make tea time with your
friends or family delicious and fun.

Ingredients
- Rice flour - 2 cups
- Gram flour - 1 cup
- Pepper powder - ½ tsp
- Aashirvaad Svasti Pure Cow Ghee - 3 tbsp
- Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Sesame seeds: 1 tsp
- Water as needed to make dough
- Oil For deep frying
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix rice flour, gram flour, pepper powder, sesame seeds, salt, asafoetida
and Aashirvaad Svasti Ghee.
- Add water as required to make a stiff non sticky dough.
- Take a ribbon murukku mould and keep a ball of dough in the press.
- Use the press directly over hot oil and fry till golden.
- Enjoy ribbon murukku with a hot cup of tea/coffee
