Badam Halwa

 

Badam Halwa is a rich and delicious Indian sweet made with pureed almonds, ghee, sugar and saffron. A delicacy rooted in Indian tradition, Badam Halwa is indispensable for celebrations of any kind.

Step 1

Now Grind almonds along with milk to form a fine paste

Step 2

Now Grind almonds along with milk to form a fine paste

Step 3

In a kadai add the almond paste, sugar & cook for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Add Aashirvaad Svasti Ghee and cook for another 5 minutes till the ghee is completely absorbed and the halwa starts to leave the sides of the pan.

Step 5

You can also slice the halwa into small cubes.
