Snack on some crunchy flour based kul kuls this Christmas. This easy to make Indian snack recipe is quite a popular festive goodie in Goa, Mangalore and Kerala.

Mildly roast the semolina in a pan.
Now knead maida, Aashirvaad Svasti Ghee, roasted semolina, salt and milk to form a dough.
Roll small sized balls from the dough and mould them into oblong shapes using a fork. Keep aside.
Meanwhile for the sugar syrup, combine sugar and water and allow it to boil till it forms a one string consistency.
Now heat oil in a kadai and fry the kul kuls till it turns golden brown.
