Rava Ladoo

  • Rava
    1cup
  • Sugar
    3/4cup
  • Powdered coconut
    2tbsp
  • Ashirvaad Svasti Pure Cow Ghee
    1/4cup
  • Saffron
    few strands
  • Rasins
    1tsp
  • Cashew nuts
    1 tsp
  • Milk as required for binding

Preparation

Step 1

Fry the raisins and cashews in 2tbsp of Aashirvaad Svasti Ghee. Keep aside.

Step 2

Roast the rava till it turns light golden.

Step 3

Add the coconut.

Step 4

Add sugar, hot milk, saffron and remaining Aashirvaad Svasti Ghee.

Step 5

Form lemon sized balls with the mixture and serve.
