tasty and easy to make.

Ingredients
- Maida - 450g
- Corn Flour - 50 g
- Aashirvaad Svasti Pure Cow Ghee - 500 g
- Icing Sugar - 450g
- Cardamom powder - Half tsp
Preparation
- Melt Aashirvaad Svasti Ghee in a pan on slow fire. Transfer to a bowl.
- Then refrigerate this melted ghee for about 30 min to set it.
- Put the ghee and icing sugar in a bowl. Whisk the mixture till it forms a fine paste.
- Add corn flour, maida and cardamom powder and mix again till it forms a smooth dough
(do not knead the mixture).
- Take half a teaspoon of Aashirvaad Svasti Ghee and grease a baking tray that fits
into your oven.
- Now pinch medium sized balls from the dough and slightly flatten them.
- Place the cookies on the greased baking tray. Bake these in an oven at 160 “C till
they are dry. It should take 10-12 min.
- Serve these delicious cookies as a tea time snack.
